How often should I have my gutters cleaned?

We recommend cleaning your gutters at least twice a year, in the spring and fall, to prevent clogging and potential damage. However, if you have a lot of trees around your property, you might need to clean them more frequently.

Can you clean in bad weather?

For the safety of our team and the effectiveness of our cleaning, we usually avoid cleaning exteriors in heavy rain or strong winds. We will reschedule your service to the next available date if the weather conditions are not favorable.

Do I need to be home for the cleaning?

For exterior cleaning services, you do not necessarily need to be home as long as we have access to the areas that need cleaning. For interior cleaning services, we usually prefer that someone is home, but we can make arrangements if that’s not possible.

How do you handle pets?

We love pets! However, for their safety and ours, we ask that you keep them in a separate area during the cleaning.
