Outstanding service!! Pablo was communicative, prompt and articulate in his description of the work he performed. And that was just the roof! I have wanted lights on our house for years and I love how the house turned out!!! We are the talk of the neighborhood! I would give Vortex 10 stars if I could. They are now my go to for roofs, gutters and holiday lights.

Vortex Cleaning is a life saver! When my insurance company threatened to cancel my policy due to “organic growth (moss & algae)” on my roof, I called Pablo with Vortex Cleaning. He came out the next day, gave me a very reasonable quote then returned a few days later to complete the cleaning and treatment of my roof. He took “after” drone photos for me to send to my insurance company. My insurance has now renewed my policy – thx to Pablo and his crew.

Pablo and the Vortex team is awesome. It was an easy process to understand what all is involved, and scheduling was a breeze. My roof looks great and one of the coolest parts is getting the before/after pics. Do yourself a favor and get your roof cleaned so you sleep better knowing your roof is cleaner than your neighbor’s.

Pablo was amazing!!!! During a downpour I was told I needed to get my gutters cleaned ASAP or I was going to have a bigger problem on my hands. I was given Pablo’s number & he got back to me right-a-way. He was able to come out the next day clean my gutters. He explained everything, he was very thorough, honest & neat and tidy! Would totally recommend Vortex Cleaning. Pablo is your man!!

I texted Pablo and the appointment was made right away. He came by a few days later to give me an estimate. He totally reasured me it wasn’t a big job and not to worry. By looking at the roof Pablo said everything looked in very good condition. Pablo is obviously very well informed and knowledgeable about his profession. What blew me away is Pablo has a Good Old Fashioned approach. Introduced himself, shook my hand and spoke with ease and familiarity. This is a feeling of a hometown business I grew up in. Kudos to this guy and I cannot say enough about my experience. He’s the example of how it should be to conduct buainess.

I contracted Pablo of Vortex Cleaning to remove debris, moss and mold from my mother-in-laws roof after she received notice from her insurance company that they would not renew her policy otherwise, which caused unnecessary stress. He not only made the roof look shiny and new again, he also reached out to the insurance company with drone footage, photos and detailed information about the work he performed, leading to them rescinding the non-renewal without me having to bug them with repeated phone calls. Thank you Pablo for doing such an incredibly professional job and for making the whole process so easy for us – you’re as good as they come!

I had received a cancellation notice on my home insurance based upon aerial photos which showed tree overgrowth and roof discoloration(moss). Pablo came to the rescue removing tree limbs and cleaning and treating my roof. He was very responsive, friendly, thorough, and reasonably priced. Based on the before and after photos Pablo provided, my insurance company renewed the policy. Thanks Pablo!!

Vortex cleaning did an outstanding job cleaning the moss off my roof. Great communication with Pablo. He kept me informed regarding their arrival and when they were done. Sent me before and after pictures. My mom had her insurance canceled due to the potential of having moss on her roof. Even after sending in pictures of no moss her insurance was still canceled. It’s so important to stay ahead of the game and get it taken care before there is an issue. Pablo will take care of the problem for you before it becomes a problem. Great job guys!

I contact Pablo after a referral from a friend, needing assistance cleaning my gutters. Pablo is super professional, always showed up on time, and was extremely thorough. Admittedly, we both underestimated the job size, and Pablo honored the quote despite it taking significantly more effort to complete the job. I will be looking for more opportunities to hire Pablo and his team both personally and professionally (GC Business) for window cleaning, gutters, and potentially permanent lighting. I am extremely impressed, and highly recommend him!!

He didn’t just do the job and leave me stranded. He stuck with me and handled the matter quickly. That is great customer service.
